With custom design and advanced functionality like my items, automated discounts included in the suite of smarter tools for faster orders showcased here, they now process orders faster, retain more customers, and handle fewer support requests.


Smarter Tools—Faster Orders
Fascofas customers often place recurring orders, but the existing process required either navigating the full site or calling in. This slowed down ordering and created unnecessary support overhead. The company needed a digital experience that could handle complex B2B orders and reduce reliance on manual processes.
To reduce phone orders and simplify repeat purchasing, we developed a custom Shopify experience tailored to Fascofas’s industrial buyers. The solution includes an integrated suite of tools for one-click reordering, part number entry, and personalized product lists—making it easier for customers to place accurate, high-volume orders without navigating the full site.

The “My Items” feature allows customers to create and manage a personalized list of frequently ordered products and also save products or variants to find in their account page for placing future orders. In just a few clicks they can quickly populate a cart from the my items list—streamlining the process for recurring purchases and improving the overall buying experience.

For customers who know exactly what they need, we built a custom order form that lets them enter part numbers directly and add items to their cart in bulk. It’s a fast, efficient way to build large orders without navigating the catalog.

From their account page customers can clearly see individual orders and recently purchased items to duplicate an entire past order in one click or select specific items from previous purchases to build a new cart—no need to search the site or start from scratch. This fast reordering functionality makes it easy to buy again, reducing reliance on phone orders and improving turnaround time.
For transparency, if prices have changed since the time of the last order both prices are displayed.

Faster Variant Selection and Ordering
On product pages, a view toggle lets customers choose between a grid or list layout to see all size variants. Each view supports quantity adjustments and one-click add-to-cart, making it easy to build accurate orders without leaving the page.

Customers can toggle between viewing main products in a collection or see all variants individually. This flexibility makes it easier for buyers to find and compare the exact items they need—whether they’re browsing broadly or zeroing in on options.
