This showcase highlights the strategic improvements we delivered, from a select a size tool and “my items” hub to automated discounts, product filtering, toggle views, and smarter discount logic. Together, these enhancements have helped FascoFas reduce time consuming phone orders by 75%, simplify operations, and retain more customers with a faster, more intuitive ordering experience.

To simplify product selection, we built a custom tool that lets customers enter a part diameter and length to instantly see matching products. It eliminates guesswork, speeds up ordering, and ensures buyers get exactly what fits their specs—shaving precious time off each reorder and improving accuracy.

The “My Items” feature set enables customers to create and manage a personalized hub of frequently ordered products and also save products or variants to their account page for placing future orders. In just a few clicks they can quickly populate a cart from the my items hub—streamlining the process for recurring purchases and improving the overall buying experience.

For customers who know exactly what they need, we built a custom order form that lets them enter part numbers directly and add items to their cart in bulk. It’s a fast, efficient way to build large orders without navigating the catalog.

From their account page customers can clearly see individual orders and recently purchased items to duplicate an entire past order in one click or select specific items from previous purchases to build a new cart—no need to search the site or start from scratch. This fast reordering functionality makes it easy to buy again, reducing reliance on phone orders and improving turnaround time.

For transparency, if prices have changed since the time of the last order both prices are displayed.

For over 26 years, FascoFas has supplied hardware to contractors who rely on the same products day in and day out. When we first connected six years ago, their legacy site was falling behind. We helped streamline the entire experience—making it faster and easier for customers to find, reorder, and purchase what they need.

We introduced custom reorder functionality that lets users repurchase entire orders or individual items at current pricing—without leaving the order history page. We replaced clunky category links with smart dropdown filters, automated shipping calculations and discounts with dynamic messaging, and turned the wishlist into a personalized “My Items” hub. We also refined product layout for clarity, sped up the add-to-cart process, and made it possible to add items directly by part number. To top it off, we created a single view showing all previously purchased items—eliminating the need to click through individual past orders.

As FascoFas continued to grow, we led a replatform to Shopify Plus—complete with a refreshed design, custom theme, and an upgraded suite of tools tailored to their repeat-order model. We added dynamic cart titles, flexible grid and list views, smarter product recommendations, and rebuilt their custom ordering workflows with a focus on speed, accuracy, and ease of use. Every feature was designed to support repeat customers and lighten the load on internal teams.
