Custom App: Disc Golf Disc Customizer

Challenge: Manual processes for custom disc golf disc orders were time-consuming for customers and staff at Dynamic Discs.

Solution: To add product personalization and simplify custom orders, QCM Media built an interactive disc customizer app that lets customers design their own disc golf discs directly on the Dynamic Discs website. The tool allows for real-time customization including image uploads, text styling, and color selection, while cleanly integrating with Shopify for a smooth checkout experience and more efficient production workflow.

Back Office: Orders for customized disc golf discs are processed through Shopify and also display in a dedicated custom interface that syncs with a Google Cloud sheet, facilitating collaborative production and fulfillment where teams work from a single source of truth.

Outcome: The disc golf disc customizer app improves customer engagement and order accuracy while strengthening operational efficiency, turning a complex personalization process into a scalable advantage.
