We begin with a key part of the website design process, called the discovery phase. As a team, we will bring our business development, web design, and software engineering expertise to the conversation.
Through discussion, research, and analysis we will formulate how the new website design and functionality can best serve the needs of your business and customers. This will define Scope.
Design

The design phase officially starts with a design survey and website style guide so that the new website accurately reflects your brand identity. From there, through wireframes and visual concepts, we work iteratively with you to develop clean layouts and designs for mobile, tablet, and desktop that support business goals and brand voice.
Development
After initial concepts are approved, the development will take place in a sandbox environment. You will have access to the sandbox to review work as it progresses and give your final approval for the completed development work to go live.

Testing

We offer three approaches to maintenance and support.
In-Scope: Full support of solutions as defined and delivered is included within Scope for 30 days from the delivery date.
Ticket System: After 60 days we offer a ticket system for on-demand support at our hourly rate.
Monthly Support Plans: For on-demand, ongoing priority support we offer blocks of hours at a discounted rate on customizable support plans.
