The Roving Radish is a government-supported, community-driven meal kit program offering seasonal menus, flexible pricing, and donation options. As the program expanded, the team needed more efficient tools to manage weekly ordering, track coupon and subsidy usage, and better align donation features with internal processes. We replatformed The Roving Radish to Shopify with a custom theme delivering customer-facing and administrative improvements to help them handle complexity without adding overhead.
