Custom App: Golf Disc Customizer
Challenge: The existing process for receiving customers’ photos via email and manually managing internal workflows for custom orders was time-consuming and inefficient.
Solution: Dynamic Discs partnered with QCM Media to create a virtual product customizer that allows customers to easily and interactively add images and text to golf discs online, streamlining the checkout process. This product customizer enables customers to choose a disc variant, select a background color, upload and adjust a custom image, and add text in various sizes, fonts, and styles. Customers can review and approve their designs before placing an order. The shopping cart and checkout experience are tailored to display the completed custom golf disc image.
Back Office: Customized golf disc orders are processed through Shopify as usual and also displayed in a dedicated custom interface that syncs with a Google Cloud sheet, facilitating collaborative internal management of production, and fulfillment.

Custom App: Airport Lounge Reservations
Challenge: Customers need to quickly book a reservation upon arriving at the site. Additionally, administrators must manage lounge and reservation rules, including capacity, operating hours, closures, time to flight, and lounge check-ins.
Solution: The Club Airport Lounges, a network of domestic and international airport lounges offering travelers a space to relax before a flight, collaborated with QCM Media to develop a Custom Booking Application that features a user-friendly quick book bar and a QR code on the order confirmation for lounge check-in. Customers can use the quick book bar or individual lounge pages to swiftly make reservations based on flight times, lounge hours, and capacity. This process culminates in a customized cart where customers can add guest names, accept terms, and submit the order along with reservation details.
Back Office: Orders flow through Shopify as usual, with each reservation stored as a product for fulfillment. Administrators can set individual airport lounge hours, rules, capacity limits, and occasional closures through a custom management interface synced with the front end. A scanned QR code on the order confirmation is used for checking guests in and automatically fulfills their reservation order in Shopify.
