To modernize its digital presence and improve the clinic buying experience, we replatformed the brand to Shopify and developed a secure, region-aware storefront. Smart Segmentation and Personalized Shopping for a Regional Audience
Respit’s limited platform couldn’t support its growing need for regional segmentation, secure member access, registration approval flow, or a modern UX. Veterinarians needed to navigate dense product information, unclear segmentation, and a dated interface. The existing system lacked the workflows, permissions, and ease today’s professional buyers expect. The team needed a system that would scale with growth while giving medical professionals a streamlined way to reorder prescription-based treatments.
We migrated Respit’s ecommerce operations to Shopify and restructured the entire buying experience aligned with the decision-making and reordering process in clinics. The new storefront supports region-specific product access, clinic-based pricing, and a clear approval path—resulting in faster onboarding, fewer manual touchpoints, and a polished, professional interface that builds trust with medical buyers.
On the admin side, we implemented custom product structures, regional segmentation, and clinic rules directly within Shopify’s admin. This allows Respit’s internal team to efficiently manage content, control pricing by region, and oversee clinic access—without relying on manual workarounds or external systems.

We implemented a streamlined reorder flow directly from each customer’s account. Veterinary professionals can now view their order history and add items to cart with a single click—no need to navigate away or re-search SKUs.

Access to pricing and purchasing is limited to approved veterinary clinics. Clinics register using a secure form and, once verified, gain access to ordering and account history tools tailored to repeat clinical workflows.
