The new Shopify storefront introduces a product-centered structure organized by format and region. Each collection page helps licensed veterinarians quickly find and evaluate the right formulation for their region, with clinical context, usage notes, and a clear map-based interface.

The homepage uses a descriptive map as a central entry point, guiding new and returning clinics to the right regional formulations. Supporting content builds trust, highlights safety, and simplifies navigation for busy veterinary buyers.

We implemented a streamlined reorder flow directly from each customer’s account. Veterinary professionals can now view their order history and add items to cart with a single click—no need to navigate away or re-search SKUs.

Access to pricing and purchasing is limited to approved veterinary clinics. Clinics register using a secure form and, once verified, gain access to ordering and account history tools tailored to repeat clinical workflows.

Our partnership with Respit began four years ago with a request to merge and modernize two outdated sites—an educational resource and an ecommerce platform—into a single, professional storefront. Built on a legacy system with limited design and no customer UX focus, the brand needed more than a refresh: it required a secure, clinic-facing solution with gated access, approval workflows, and product fit by region.

We replatformed Respit to Shopify, redesigning the experience around how veterinary clinics buy—from registration to reordering. Key tools include a custom approval flow, member-only pricing, region-based product navigation, and print collateral tailored for clinic use.
